Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of the Service Department. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.
Duties: Assisting Service Department with day-to-day operations Maintaining positive customer and employee relations Maintaining cost control over tools, equipment, subtle repairs, and supplies Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicle service Quoting additional service work Ensuring all customer requirements are met Building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Delivering high quality customer service The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-focused with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential. Training and support will be provided to the right candidate.
