As a Sales Representative at Big Chief Hire you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and generating Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and social media. Consultative selling: Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives, effectively demonstrating the value of our products/services. Maintaining client relationships: Build long-term partnerships built on trust. Achieving sales targets: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue goals. Maintaining product knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients. Sales reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system. About You
You are self-motivated and results-driven with a laser focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are excited to put your sales experience to use while learning all about the fast-paced and dynamic plant hire industry.
You will bring:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. About Us
