At Caravan HQ, we are a proudly owned family business located in Yatala, Gold Coast. We are the one-stop shop for everyone's caravan needs, from sales, accessories, repair, warranty, and service. Our dealership partners with Australia's largest names in the caravan industry, including Royal Flair, On The Move Caravans, Van Cruiser, and Network RV.
Excitingly, we are expanding rapidly and have opened a facility dedicated to caravan repair, warranty, and service.
We are currently looking for a Service/Warranty Advisor to join our Caravan HQ family, who shares our values and passion for the outdoor lifestyle.
In this role, you will be a key member of our service, repair, and warranty team, involved in the day-to-day facets of our workshop and service center, dealing with our loyal customers.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Taking service, repair, & warranty bookings Maintaining communication between multiple Caravan HQ departments and caravan manufacturers Obtaining warranty approvals from the manufacturers & creating job invoices for processing Key attributes we are looking for include:
Process-driven with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and cope under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and confidence in learning new systems Efficient and courteous handling of customer requirements for service, repair, and warranty to ensure the highest standard of customer service Carrying out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop Ability to build and maintain solid product knowledge As this is a very busy role, you will also excel in accuracy, organization, and multi-tasking.
