As the Caravan Sales Manager, you'll take charge of our sales operations, from strategizing and training to hitting targets and closing deals. We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, ready to mentor the team while actively engaging with customers and securing sales. What You'll Be Doing
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to hit revenue goals Recruiting, training, and leading a proactive and results-oriented sales team Actively pursuing new sales opportunities on both local and national levels Providing hands-on sales support and mentoring to the team, especially during high-demand times Analyzing sales data to spot improvement areas and adjust strategies Ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction through responsive, helpful service Collaborating with other departments to boost overall business operations What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in caravan sales or a similar field (outdoor / recreational vehicles) Proven success in leading and motivating a high-performing sales team Strong communication and negotiation skills to build lasting customer relationships Analytical skills to drive sales improvement and adapt strategies Deep knowledge of the caravan industry, including trends and customer needs A love for the outdoors and genuine interest in the caravan lifestyle What We Offer
