We're Hiring: We're on the lookout for a dynamic duo or individuals ready to take on the role of Office Manager and Grounds Keeper. This role is perfect for those who are hands-on, passionate about community living, and driven by a desire to improve and streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage office operations, including lease administration, compliance, rosters, and bookings. Oversee the ongoing maintenance of park facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Deliver outstanding customer service, from front desk operations to online reputation management. Engage in local marketing initiatives to promote our park. Maintain the grounds maintenance program and schedule. Work collaboratively with our head office team, supporting staff, and directly with the Owner to achieve business goals. What We Offer: A competitive salary package of $107,000/year + 11% Super = $118,770, plus Annual and Sick Leave, use of company vehicle, as well as comfortable onsite accommodation. We also offer the opportunity to participate in selling our new home packages at our adjoining Bowen Palms Village and earn additional commissions. A supportive and collaborative work environment, with a bright future. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in property or caravan park management. Proficiency in RMS booking software and Microsoft Office. A hands-on management style with experience in office tasks, housekeeping, marketing, and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. RSA certification (preferred). Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required. Schedule: Full-time, including some public holidays and rotational on-call duties. Location: This is an in-person role based in Bowen, Queensland.
