Our parks are primarily made up of long-term permanent residents, in addition to a small motel and tourist site operation. Job Tasks and Responsibilities The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance (cabin/van repairs, property maintenance, grounds maintenance, waste management, etc.), operation of the sewerage treatment plant, security, and enforcement of rules of both parks which comprise motel units, cabins, powered and camping sites, and permanent residents. The Maintenance Manager will work with a General Manager who will run the office operations and overall operations of the parks and will report directly to the Owner who has significant residential management experience. The Maintenance Manager will be supported by an Assistant Maintenance Manager, cleaners, and three other grounds staff. The Maintenance Manager will also be on call while on shift outside of office hours for any emergencies that might occur. Ability to work in a team environment Work Schedule Work schedule will be 10 days on with 4 days off, including some public holidays. The Maintenance Manager is expected to be on call outside of business hours for emergencies.
This package is a full-time position, with Annual Leave and Superannuation paid.

Salary Package: $78,000 /year + 11.5% Super = $86,970. Plus Annual and Sick Leave.
Plus a 3 bedroom furnished residence with utilities included valued at $26,000 pa Total Salary Package with house: $112,970
