Caravan Park- Caretaker/Manager

This is a Full- Time position at a well reputed, locally owned and operated caravan park in Darwin and we are seeking an experienced Park Manager/Caretaker to start immediately to manage and oversee the day to day operations of our busy park.
This opportunity is for DARWIN PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY. Tasks & Responsibilities.
Park Operations, organisation and management, including 'out of hours' responsibilitiesCompletion of grounds keeping tasks to ensure a high standard is maintained throughout the park via the mowing of lawns, pool & garden maintenance, bins during the off-peak season.Reception duties, answer the phone & check-ins/outsGreet guests via phone and in person in a friendly and courteous mannerAccurately take and record reservation information, process deposit information and provide guests with confirmation correspondenceEnsure smooth operation of Park by managing issues as they ariseDelivering proactive problem solving solutions and outcomesManaging the Park's maintenance/gardening worksAssisting Park tenants and guestsEnsure the park is compliant with all laws including WH&S, licensing, fire regulations and essential services.Requirements: - Be a Darwin Permanent Resident with Long term plans in the NT
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
- RMS reservation system knowledge an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
- A valid driver's license
