What you'll do Act as the primary point of contact for all emergency rostering enquiries and duties, Monitor and check rosters entered in the system and maintain accuracy in a timely manner. Action planned and unplanned leave within rosters to ensure accuracy in staff remuneration. Monitor responses to shift offers and escalate where required. Actively redeploy staff where shifts have been cancelled. Proactively report on vacant shifts and identify appropriate solutions. Maintain a client-focused approach to matching client support preferences and staff training opportunities. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and staff to correct any anomalies in rosters to ensure that service bookings and service rosters are allocated to reach best outcomes for clients and staff. About you Experience forecasting and demand planning preferably in a disability or home care environment. Understanding of workforce and roster management, dealing with complex rostering services. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships. Strong problem-solving abilities, able to approach challenges with a proactive and resourceful mindset. The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with large data rostering systems. Experience in understanding of SCHADS Award and EA interpretation an advantage. Able to work on a rotating 7-day roster.
