About the role Reporting into the General Manager, the Service Manager will have full responsibility for all business operations of the multi franchise new car service division which has approximately 30 employees.

We are also happy to talk to existing Assistant Service Managers who feel ready to take the next step.
Required attributes, skills and experience Previous service management experience in an automotive or related business such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, materials handling.
Proven people management experience including hiring, mentoring, training and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective dialogue with all stakeholders including customers, staff, business partners, suppliers.
Proven financial and business acumen with a high level of computer skills and general technology know-how.
