Shepparton Dealership is seeking a Car Sales (Brand) Manager Your new role Your position as the Brand Manager is to provide the highest quality experience to customers, ensuring that they are taken care of at every step in the journey. The customers experience doesn't end at the driveway, a Brand Manager knows that ongoing support is an integral part of maintaining positive customer relations. Duties Daily oversight of JLR/LDV/ Honda Sales Department, including but not limited to staff management, client management, departmental facility presentation; Liaise with the Finance Manager on all sales to ensure we are achieving the Benchmark Penetration for Finance and Insurance; Liaise with Used Car Manager/Valuer to ensure the Company capitalises on the Trae-In valuation and assist with the New Car closing ratio; Continually monitor sold, not delivered vehicles to keep these to a minimum Continually monitor aged inventory, especially build plates and new year arrivals, and stock over 90 days to keep these to a minimum Review demonstrators and loan vehicles monthly, ensuring they are kept in good condition with L-Forms and marketing on-line created as necessary To accurately record "client complaints" and "client requests" within the associated complaint file Suggest suitable stock for ordering, in consultation with the Dealer Principal, and ensure orders are placed by the required date Perform all work-related duties and tasks in adherence to Manufacturer and Company systems, processes, policies and procedures, at time requiring additional training activities Achieve budget, comparing actual budget on a monthly basis, make adjustments in consultation with the Dealer Principal Plan Advertising, marketing & events for the coming quarter in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and/or Dealer Principal Review NPS, PES & Mystery Shops to ensure all staff are aware of the expectations and our targets are met Applicant Requirements Current and valid Victorian drivers licence Ability to drive manual transmission is desirable Prior experience as a Brand representative, Brand Manager or Sales Manager for JLr, LDv or Honda highly desirable Extensive experience of the successful and lawful sales of motor vehicles in a dealership environment essential Extensive customer service experience Proficiency in the use of computer software to facilitate your role Exceptional communication and rapport building skills across all levels of the business The ability to learn and maintain a thorough awareness of the brands and vehicles relevant to the dealership and your sales area Staff management, inclusive of upskilling, coaching and maintaining clear workplace expectations The ability to navigate through competing prioritise in a professional, open minded and solution focused manner Detailed oriented approach to tasks, especially sales documentation Effective time and task management skills A highly motivated, self-starter What you need to do now If this opportunity resonates with you, don't hesitate - apply now We're excited to hear from skilled individuals like yourself.
