This includes the wash bay, shuttle drivers and valet staff.
The key responsibility of this role to ensure that it functions effectively and efficiently to maximise profitability while maintaining the highest level of service.
What you'll doLead, manage and coach staff and foster a harmonious team environmentEnsure that vehicles for rent meet company standards for cleanliness, mechanical/body condition and roadworthinessEnsure that returned vehicles are checked for body damage and report where necessaryEnsure that fuel deliveries are handled in accordance with company procedures and relevant health and safety procedures and legislation.Ensure adequate materials are maintained at all times to meet operating and safety requirementsParticipate in the interview and selection process for new staffBe flexible to work a seven-day rotating rosterPreparation of staff rosters and processing of weekly payroll dataPreparation of daily and weekly reportsHave a working knowledge of work place health and safety legislation and promote a safe work environment at all timesPerks you'll getSalary + bonus +?use of fleet vehicleWellbeing programme incl.
