About the role:
The role entails supporting an airport parking operation focusing on the reliable performance of designated parking facilities, ensuring a balance between exceptional customer service and high-level car park presentation. Additionally, with the support of the Car Park Manager and Business Manager Operations, it involves delivering quality service to stakeholders through effective management of personnel, facilities, and equipment. The primary focuses of the role are the delivery of positive customer service and interactions, and managing revenue streams while maintaining process and accountability controls.
Responsibilities Include:
Provision of quality Customer Service.Lead a small carpark team through day-to-day operations and procedures.Assist with tailoring rosters to meet the car park's needs.Assist the Car Park Manager with reporting requirements.Fielding customer enquiries and communications.Stakeholder engagement with client(s) and contractors.Assist with training new staff.Role requirements:
Previous experience in retail environment providing customer service.Experience in roles that provided leadership of staff and/or teams preferred.Genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.A willingness to learn and grow with the company.Good computer literacy skills with proficiency in email communication, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Full Driver's licence with excellent driving skills.Eligibility to work in Australia.Given the precinct where the candidate will be based there will be a requirement for a national police check.
