CBD Car Park Operator
requires an experienced, motivated and reliable person to manage its extensive car parks operation. The applicant will be well organised, enthusiastic, show initiative and have proven knowledge of car park operations with experience in marketing, staff supervision and financial reporting on a number of car parks. The ability to prioritise and work well both autonomously and within a team are essential.Key responsibilities include:Provide management to several City based car parks.Ensure the car parks are well maintained, fully occupied and running smoothly.Maintain and oversee the financial management to achieve KPI's.Maintain a computerised accounting system incorporating permanent and casual parking.Operate a car park control system using a purpose designed program for monitoring and reporting.Marketing of car parks and associated services.Ensure car parks are maintained in a safe, clean, functional and client conducive condition.Ability to improve operations.In addition to a professional approach, you will be required to have:Operational and management experience - minimum of two years in a similar role.Proven experience in a customer facing service.Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Xero (or similar).Current drivers license and own transport is essential.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following accounting packages are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?How many years' experience do you have as a Car Park Manager?Do you have experience using Xero?How many years of people management experience do you have?Do you have customer service experience?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?
