As a Car Park Attendant, you will provide exceptional service to our valued members and guests while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system. Your key focus will be to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.
A few of your responsibilities: Manage the Car Park Desk ensuring exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming demeanourProcess payments and validate parking tickets for members, guests, and team membersMonitor car park capacity, ensuring parking regulations are adhered toReplenishment and maintenance of ticket terminalsMaintaining a safe and orderly carpark environmentWhat are we looking for: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft Excel and WordA friendly, approachable, and professional attitudeAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidaysAbout you: To excel in this role, you must possess a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
