Located in Port Kembla Excellent pay rates Flexible working Roster At APS, we prioritise our employees and are committed to providing a positive ongoing experience from onboarding to placement.
Our client, a leading global logistics company, is looking for fully licenced drivers for Wharf Hand and Wharf Transfer duties work with immediate starts available in Port Kembla.
This position offers a flexible roster.
With 1-5 shifts available weekly.
The ideal candidate is looking for something part time.
Your duties will include: Moving automatic and manual vehicles Moving vehicles from point A and B (Wharf transfers) Unloading vehicles and moving in very tight spaces carefully Safely moving vehicles Vehicle checks and Stocktake duties Using an RF Scanner To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following: A current, valid Unrestricted Drivers license (essential) Experience with driving both automatic and manual vehicles Available to attend the site for a Driving test Physically fit this role includes both driving and being on your feet Availability to work 1-5 shifts Monday to Friday Full working rights in Australia Good attention to detail Current Police Check (no older than 30 days) Willing to obtain a MSIC Licence (Maritime Security Induction Card) Perks & Benefits: Competitive hourly rates and penalties where applicable Opportunities for growth and advancement within client's site Supportive and inclusive work environment Ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills.
