Car Care Consultant - Trainee

Details of the offer

Full time At Eagers Automotive , we are working towards our vision of being Australia's most admired Automotive Group. With a legacy spanning over a century and a workforce of over 8,000 employees across Australia and NZ, there are endless options for progressing your career. We are more than just automotive retailing; we are a multi-faceted cohort of great people doing great things. We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional personal presentation to become our next Trainee Car Care Consultant .
You will be working in a fun, fast-paced environment demonstrating our aftermarket accessories to prospective customers. To do this, you'll need to learn everything there is to know about our existing products and keep up to speed with what's new.
You don't have to be a car expert yet; you'll learn on the job from experienced colleagues. Experience in any type of retail sales, especially fashion or cosmetic sales, would help, but strong customer relationship management skills and a desire to succeed are more important.
You'll need to keep track of your customers' details and ensure the accessories are installed in their vehicles by your technical workmates. You will also be responsible for preparing warranties and doing any paperwork and registrations with underwriters before the vehicle is delivered.
If this role is right up your street and you have a current Australian driver's license, don't wait any longer, apply today. We'd love to work with you!
Why we'd be great together: We've done well as a business - with over 300 dealerships across the country, we are Australia's largest automotive network. Our success is driven by our people. We've all put in the hard yards to make Eagers Automotive a great place to work. Our people come from a diverse range of backgrounds with a variety of skills, talents, and dreams. Our shared vision, strong work ethic, and 'can-do' attitude make us a well-oiled machine.
When you join us, you'll be treated with courtesy and respect, but you'll also be challenged to use your skills, knowledge, experience, and initiative to drive our business ahead. We'll make your role as interesting and rewarding as possible with a range of benefits, professional training, and development opportunities. Positions are awarded on merit, making this the perfect place to grow your career in the auto industry.
And if all that wasn't enough, you can also take advantage of other benefits like discounted gym memberships, health insurance, vehicle purchasing and service discounts, and an excellent work/life balance. You're welcome!
If you like what you hear, apply now by completing the application form on our careers tab.
