Captain - Fairchild Metroliner - Hardy Aviation Hardy Aviation is a major regional airline based in Darwin in the Northern Territory. Our scheduled air transport services communities in the Top End while the non-scheduled transport services cover the northern part of Australia. The position offered is for direct entry type rated Fairchild Metroliner SA226/227 Captain. Applicants will be required to operate air transport service flights, generally within the NT. Daytime operations out of Darwin allow for a stable home life. A remuneration package of $130,000 is offered, with a sign-on bonus of $10,000 payable following 12 months return of service. Assistance for relocation expenses will also be provided to suitable applicants. Essential selection criteria for Captains: SA226/227 Type rating Australian CPL Instrument rating, MEA, IAP2 D and IAP3 D Minimum of 750 hours total experience as PIC, with 100 hours on type as PIC or ICUS IFR night 15 hours night Class One Medical (valid) Please note on your application when you last flew the SA226/227.
