Our client is a boutique commercial / retail builder that specializes in the new build, fit-out, and refurbishment sectors.
Typical project values range from $1Mil to $25Mil.
Due to several new project wins, they now have an immediate requirement for an experienced senior project manager to oversee a commercial new build project based in Parramatta.
To be considered for this role, you will be:Degree OR trade qualifiedPrevious retail / commercial construction experience is preferredExcellent client-facing / communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to plan, manage, and deliver a project to high standards, on time, and within budgetAn in-depth understanding of safety principlesAbility to work autonomously when requiredAbility to motivate and manage a large team of subcontractorsThe company offers an excellent working environment, Monday to Friday hours, and an autonomous working environment.
