Engineering Project Manager - Power Generation
We are seeking a dedicated Engineering Project Manager – Power Generation to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will oversee the management and safe execution of engineering projects, assist with engineering tender responses, and provide technical services and applications support for power generation-related products.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
Demonstrate professional and ethical business conduct.
Foster a strong safety culture and actively participate in Toolbox safety meetings.
Project Management
Manage all aspects of engineering projects, including scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
Ensure technical compliance with project specifications and standards.
Develop solutions in collaboration with customers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular project status reviews and document lessons learned.
Assist the sales team in evaluating tenders and RFQs.
Provide accurate technical and commercial assessments.
Develop detailed and compliant engineering tender responses.
Design and implement customisations and modifications to products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimise project outcomes.
Product Validation
Inspect, evaluate, and test equipment and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and Australian standards.
ISO 9001 and Process Improvement
Align all activities with CAPS's ISO 9001 system.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
General Administration
Maintain accurate records, including timesheets and project documentation.
Support broader business activities as required.
