As Trade Centre Manager, you will drive industry best practices, focusing on process improvement and efficiency, while ensuring the smooth operation of all site functions. With approximately 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres, and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement. Primary Responsibilities: Communicate sales objectives and establish a baseline for measuring actual sales performance. Provide distribution and sales services to customers within the region ensuring standards and processes are consistent with national goals and objectives. Ensure the site has appropriate equipment and support facilities to fulfil customer orders within nominated time and cost constraints. Prepare reports to communicate and illustrate performance in meeting objectives and to identify key customer performance issues. Ensure staffing is of a calibre and quantum to meet sales and customer service objectives and cover employee leave absences. Manage the centre to ensure product is stored in a secure manner and operational housekeeping is up to an appropriate standard. Demonstrate effective Safety, Health, and the Environment ('SH&E') leadership, communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators, and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives. Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation, and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for 'SH&E'.
