We are seeking a Capital Works Delivery Support Officer to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park with hybrid work options available.
We offer a competitive salary to the right candidate with salary range starting from $93,295 up to $102,941 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation and 17.5% leave loading.

About the role
The Capital Works Delivery Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to ensure that capital works projects at the agency's Sport and Recreation Centres and Olympic Sport Venues are delivered on time, to budget and agreed service standards.
The role supports the Manager, Capital Works Program Delivery and Capital Works Project Managers across the entire project lifecycle (i.e., from project scoping and inception to commissioning, completion and handover) and provides general project and business support to the Office's Centres and Venues and Asset Management team.
About you

Experience in assisting multiple projects concurrently

The following are considered beneficial, but not essential:

Construction industry work experience
Experience with NSW Government procurement activities and instruments (e.g., MW21 and GC21)
Experience with SAP financial management system and asset management systems (e.g. Pinnacle)
