Due to expansion and growth, we are seeking a Capital Refresh Project Coordinator with a specific skillset in project coordination to join our Melbourne-based team.
The Capital Refresh Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing venue refresh projects within the budget range up to $1M. This includes coordinating project scope, working with preferred contractors for quotations, developing ROI documents and approval packages, and ensuring project budgets are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate capital refresh projects up to $1M in budget.Assist in developing and reviewing project scope of works.Liaise with preferred contractors to obtain and finalize project quotations.Prepare ROI documents and approval packages for project funding requests.Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure financial objectives are met.Skills and Attributes:
