You will get the opportunity to work at a brand new state of the art facility at our greenfield site in Swanbank.

Initially this role will be a hybrid doing some project engineering then eventually solely focusing on leading capital works projects for our state of the art facility in Swanbank. End to end management of capital projects from scope through to completion Supporting the implementation of NPD and manufacturing capacity projects requiring engineering input particularly with regards to processing Identifying opportunities for process improvement and Promoting a safety culture and identifying areas to improve safety Managing contractors and supplier, ensuring they are meeting their SLA's Providing financial forecasting and ensuring projects are delivered within budget Performing design work including researching data and conducting feasibility testing What's in your toolkit? Experience managing engineering projects from scope to completion Ability to management multiple projects and deliver on time and under budget Ability to easily build rapport with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to identify risks and mitigate the effect on the project Understanding of engineering standards across Australia and NZ Strong attention to detail Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry!
