This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne.

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for both candidates and hiring teams. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and align hiring efforts with organisational goals. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Utilise diverse channels, including job boards and professional networks, to attract top talent and build a robust talent pipeline. Candidate Assessment & Experience: Conduct thorough interviews, provide actionable recommendations to hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimise processes, achieve impactful hiring outcomes, and align efforts with company policies and employment regulations. Diversity & Inclusion: Champion inclusive hiring practices to support organisational diversity goals. Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader to refine sourcing strategies and recruitment processes, ensuring innovation and continuous improvement. Let's talk about your capability and experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced environment or global matrix organisation. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Proven expertise in utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and any ATS systems. Experience recruiting within the consultancy or professional services industry is highly desirable. Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive learner, eager to gain exposure to talent management and the consulting industry. Strong people-oriented approach with the confidence, determination, and relationship-building skills to challenge objectives and drive positive outcomes. Let's talk about what's in it for you!
