Support our Capability team through project work and BAU focused on the uplift of claims staff and frontline workers compensation teams.
Your new role
Our Managed Fund Claims business is supported by a dedicated learning and capability function, focussing on all aspects of uplift and development of capability and learning across the business.
With multiple initiatives running concurrently, our team is looking for a coordinator to provide the necessary administrative support to current team members, projects and customers,
The role will include:Supporting capability framework assessment results submission and reports to our customer, iCareCollaborate with and support capability team with administrative tasks including maintenance of reporting data and specialised project administration.Ad hoc tasks required for the team and broader business, to support on-going work and requests for Capability team.Support onboarding tasks and duties for Managed Fund Claims staff.About youExperience in team coordinator or administration-based roleAbility to work to multiple deadlinesExposure within a project-based environment or an understanding of the unique mechanisms of an agile environment.Experience developing & maintaining data and reports to a high standardAbility to work with a diverse stakeholder group, with a focus on sustainable relationships.About QBE
