How will I help? As a Capability Manager, you will drive capability development and maximize workforce performance by acting as the product owner for capability initiatives. The role sits within the Business and Wealth COO Banker and Customer Experience function that comprises Strategy & CX, Communications, Business Institute, Process Simplification, Transformation Capability and Change Management. You will work closely with business leaders, functional teams, and employees to identify performance gaps, design customized solutions, and implement strategies to enhance individual and team capabilities. You will lead capability development initiatives, collaborate with design partners to deliver effective outcomes, define key learning objectives for all programs, and work with stakeholders across the Consumer Division and the Enterprise. Additionally, you will drive innovative and continuous improvement opportunities across learning solutions to ultimately improve employee effectiveness.
