The Capability Development Lead works closely with the Procurement @ DEECA Program team and subject matter experts to identify learning needs. The role will lead the design, development and delivery of high-quality learning products to enable the adoption of new policies, processes, systems and ways of working. The Capability Development Lead will contribute to the design and development of a procurement capability framework and lead the design and establish a SharePoint site to be used as a learning resource repository where users can access on-demand learning products.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/QualificationsQualification in learning and development, education, training or related field and/or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying adult learning principles to the design, development and delivery of training and learning assessment.Demonstrated skills and experience in learning and assessment processes including learning needs analysis and advanced facilitation skills.Foundational understanding and/or experience with procurement would be advantageous but not required.This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
