What Your Day Will Look Like: Supporting the rollout of our employee listening strategy, including coordinating listening mechanisms (i.e.
a survey), handling post-survey activities, and assisting with analysis and action planning.Helping implement our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion action plan by serving as the primary contact for related enquiries.Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating (depending on your experience) workshops from our Leads Self Suite of programs.If you're eager to drive change in a complex and diverse organisation, we want to hear from you!
