Capability, Culture and Engagement Advisor

Darling Downs Health is embarking on a transformative journey with a new hospital on the horizon. We're building a Capability, Culture, and Engagement team to enhance our workplace, making it safe, inclusive, and focused on learning and growth. Our success depends on the dedication and positive engagement of our people as we navigate these changes and aim to improve outcomes for everyone involved.
In this six-month contract, you'll be a key member of our Capability, Culture, and Engagement team, focusing on:
Supporting the rollout of our employee listening strategy, including coordinating listening mechanisms (i.e. a survey), handling post-survey activities, and assisting with analysis and action planning.
Helping implement our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion action plan by serving as the primary contact for related enquiries.
Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating (depending on your experience) workshops from our Leads Self Suite of programs.
