The role of the Capability & Implementation Lead ensures the coaching resources are scheduled against each store as part of the go-live plan. This includes the scheduling of the training sessions for the coach/support team, onboarding, and the actual coach/support team attendance at each store. Any changes to team schedules or coaching /support requirements will need to be managed/coordinated through this role to track and manage coach /support teams Your key responsibilities in this role will be: Overlay coaching/support resources against each store's go-live roster. Review and administer deployment readiness activities Establish the resources required to deliver the implementation plan. Arrange travel/accommodation/venues for coaching team to support deployment Manage the training delivery schedule Ensure training /development plans are supported for new teams leads Establish contingency plans to mitigate risks to deployment program We're looking for an individual who has come from an operational based role such as project management, Culture & People, HR or a learning background. This is not a traditional training role, you will be partnering with the training team to carry out our training programs to our stores. Our ideal candidate will possess one or more of the following: Planning, organising, managing and mobilising large teams Experience managing multiple stakeholders Knowledge of supermarket operations and services Problem Solving and unconstrained thinking Working within agile programs would be an asset.
