Capability Analyst

Start: circa 01 July 2024 Duration: 12 months – with 1 x 12 month extension options Location: Canberra, ACT Basic Requirements: AGSVA Security clearance Previous experience in military concepts, strategy and capability, including analysis and writing. Understanding of the Joint Concepts Framework. Understanding of the Defence Strategy Framework. Experience with the Defence Capability Life Cycle or One Defence Capability System. Knowledge of Defence needs and requirements development. General understanding of Defence Finance and procurement policy and procedures from the perspective of the Integrated Investment Program and Integrated Capability Assessment. Qualifications or equivalent experience in project management and/or systems engineering. High-level knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
