We currently have an exciting opportunity for an NPD Manager to join our team.
About the Role: Based in Jandakot, reporting to the Marketing Manager, our NPD Manager is responsible for supporting key business priorities and objectives through leading the NPD team of technologists on development of new and reformulated products across all markets.
Lead and facilitate the delivery of the NPD pipeline covering product innovation, and renovation, with a focus on driving future growth. Develop and manage direct reports' both day to day and ongoing performance as per the Hellers systems, process, and policy guidelines. Ensure strong communication and management of the NPD team to ensure smooth and quick development of projects. Conduct innovation, renovation and cost out initiatives with an open mind, balancing operational excellence and quality standards. Key input into development of the NPD pipeline (1-3 year) and delivering against category and company growth objectives. Seamless cross functional team management with heavy engagement across Quality, Operations and Engineering. Utilise agreed project management processes and systems. Communicate status reports and issues updates for current and future projects and direction. To be considered for this role you will have: Tertiary qualification in a professional field. Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
