Canford School | Head Chef

An experienced Head Chef is required to lead the School's busy, dedicated team responsible for preparing meals for pupils, staff, and visitors to the school.
During term-time, the kitchens prepare meals for up to 1000 people, 7 days per week.

In addition, the catering team also prepares and presents high-quality menus for various internal events and external lets and functions.

Skills and Qualifications Applicants must have a robust approach to managing allergens and other HSE requirements, with excellent team management skills.
You will also be hard-working and committed to providing an exemplary catering service.
An NVQ / BTEC Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be an advantage as well as any management or leadership qualifications.
