We're seeking an experienced Director to lead our team at C&K Kelvin Grove. As a highly valued member of our organization, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of children in our care.
About the Role Lead a team of passionate professionals to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years. Nurture an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive. Play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre. What You'll Bring A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification. First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. A valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these). A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families, and the community. A competitive salary range of $85,153-$95,686 per annum. A fixed term full-time leadership role from February 2025. The opportunity to participate in our Beginning to Teach at C&K program for new teachers.
