As a Candidate Manager, you will work closely with the Consultants to source great candidates for a wide range of positions.
What will you be doing?
As a Candidate Manager, your role is not just about matching great candidates with great clients, but also striving to hit key targets and contribute to team goals.
Key duties include: Developing eye-catching and informative job ads to attract candidates Searching and engaging with new and existing candidates to build long-term relationships Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators, and career direction Articulating the strengths and capabilities of your candidates to clients to progress them to interviews Working alongside other specialist team members to develop a strategic plan for your candidates Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidates Having fun while being successful!
Skills you'll need as our Candidate Manager: We are looking for our next superstar team member, and previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.
