This is not a sales-based role. You will be required to consistently source candidates for high volume temporary assignments in the manufacturing industry.
As a Candidate Manager in our Manufacturing team, you will: Manage the full recruitment sourcing processes:Screening and interviewing candidatesReference checking and complianceNew role confirmation and filling placementsPost placements follow upYou will develop and maintain candidate pools across several manufacturing industry spaces such as the Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Civil and warehousing and logistics fields.
You will maintain candidate pools for immediate client needs at short notice (24 hour turnaround times to fill open orders).Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.What do you need? Experience in delivering the full candidate management lifecycle (Manufacturing or FMCG / Logistics recruitment experience is a plus).A passion for supporting our candidates throughout pre and post placement.High level of customer service and relationship management skills.Team and customer-centric approach to work.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!If you think this could be the role for you, then please apply now!
