Be you, and we'll be better together.Job DescriptionAs a Candidate Experience Team Leader you will lead, coach and motivate your team of Candidate Experience Consultants to deliver outstanding interactions to prospective applicants and candidates of the Australian Defence Force. Contributing within a national delivery model, your role is responsible for ensuring our team educates, supports and guides our prospects towards the right role at the right time with the ADF, maximising application volume and ultimately, bolstering Australia's defence.You will:Have previous experience as a Team Leader in an operational or Contact Centre environment, with an unwavering focus on quality of contact and performance achievement.Motivate and coach your team of Candidate Experience Consultants to exceed Key Performance Indicators and deliver outstanding standards of service whilst adhering to compliance standards.Use organisational data, insights and information to drive decision making and support performance improvement at an individual, team and divisional level.Build and encourage a culture of self-awareness, accountability, honesty & integrity within your team.Bring your solutions mindset and highly developed professional relationships building skills to meet organisational objectives and deliver collective success.Thrive in an environment of change and continuous improvement: supporting your team on this journey via effective communication, active engagement and building trust.Work with the national Candidate Experience Leadership Team to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement divisionally.Candidate's ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will have experience leading operational teams to achieve positive customer focused outcomes. Contact Centre leadership experience is desired, but not essential. You will be able to demonstrate experience in leading a team to achieve and exceed KPI's and building a successful culture of honesty, reliability and trust.Your background will demonstrate:Proven leadership experience in a high-volume environment.Experience coaching and developing teams in an engaging and high performing culture.Contact Centre experience would be highly regarded but not essential.A passion for delivering the best possible experience to our candidates.The drive to learn and develop, with the ability to adapt to, champion and lead change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.If you're looking for a role that gives you purpose, meaning and contributes something "more" this is the one for you!
