We are expanding our high performing Volume Projects team who partner with our key Federal Government clients to provide and deliver a range of national projects that include, though are not limited to a variety of entry level programs.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Candidate Care Consultant will supportthe project team on large-scalerecruitment projectsby providing an exceptional experience for all our candidates.You will be the first point of call for all candidate enquiries whether it be via phone or email and will need to be proactive, work with pace and have proven problem solving abilities. What you will bring to the role;
Proven customer service experience within a fast-paced environmentRecruitment administration support experience (advantageous)Proven experience using the MS Office (excel) packageExperience in database administrationA high degree of quality orientation and attention to detailExcellent time management, prioritising and organisational skills Working for us
