ACAP is looking for an energetic and proactive Campus Student Engagement Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional student services.
As a key member of the Campus Leadership Team, you'll ensure a seamless and supportive student experience, contributing to ACAP's national Student First Action Plan.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Campus Student Engagement Team, ensuring effective training and motivation.
Provide high-level advice on policies and handle escalated student enquiries.
Support national student service channels and staff training.
Develop and implement consistent processes for a seamless student experience.
Oversee HR processes for the campus team such as recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including ESOS Act and PRISMS.
It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria: Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience.
Experience in developing systems and processes that enhance student outcomes.
Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
