About the role: ACAP is seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a full-time role of Campus Student Engagement Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing student-facing assistance and support for student administration.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our national Student Engagement team, providing professional guidance and proactive support to help students succeed in their studies. You'll engage with students through various communication channels, including calls and emails, and work closely with academic colleagues. Additionally, you will provide face-to-face support to our local students at the Brisbane campus, contributing to our commitment to exceptional student support and guidance.
The Student Engagement Advisor is an integral member of a close-knit team, driven by a shared commitment to providing exceptional support and guidance to students.
Responsibilities include: Support the daily operation with inbound student queries across the various service channels such as phone, web chat and emails Be the first point of contact for student enquiries and deliver excellent service to the students Deliver exemplary administrative support Apply policies and procedures to provide timely and accurate advice Liaise with key stakeholders In addition to a student-first approach, it is essential you can demonstrate: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activities Demonstrated computer literacy including advanced MS Office suite and ideally student records software.
