OneSchool Global's Condobolin campus has partnered with ANZUK Education to support the appointment of their next Campus Principal, to commence for Term 1, 2025 (or later by negotiation).
The Position The Campus Principal is the leading professional position within a Campus, reporting and accountable to the District/Regional Principal and the Campus Administration (CA) team/Campus Board.
The primary objective is to lead Campus staff, students, and stakeholders strategically and operationally, to achieve the highest possible standards in teaching and learning, student achievement, quality, compliance, and governance, aligned with the vision, values, and strategy of OneSchool Global (OSG).
The Region The Condobolin Campus is a spacious school site with modern buildings and large outdoor areas. Condobolin - commonly known as Condo - lies on the bank of the Lachlan River, an hour from Parkes, Forbes, West Wyalong & Lake Cargelligo. Condobolin campus has impressive indoor and outdoor spaces. The Primary Learning Centre has learning studios, a maker space area and a large open learning space with specific learning zones. The Secondary Learning Centre is currently being refurbished and modernised to include a large collaboration space, flexible spaces for group or individual learning activities, break out studios, a quiet room and an outdoor learning area.
Learning Framework OneSchool's 'Learning to Learn' Framework aims to support and guide students towards becoming independent, flexible and self-motivated learners. At its heart, the Framework teaches critical thinking skills, encouraging students to analyse and evaluate as they study and learn. Another huge focus is teamwork and collaboration, as students frequently work together on special projects.
The Learning to Learn Framework provides a high quality education for students. It is designed to shape them into independent thinkers with a growth mindset and passion for lifelong learning. For teachers, the Framework is an exciting and challenging approach that enhances their teaching practice.
