About the role The Campus Operations Manager at EDU plays a pivotal role in leading a team of Student Experience Advisors to deliver exceptional student experiences. This role involves managing campus operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and enhancing student engagement from orientation to graduation.

Manage campus operations, including facilities, equipment, and service providers. Ensure student service standards are met and report performance. Organise student and staff events in collaboration with relevant teams. Implement strategies to enhance student engagement and retention. Manage informal complaints and continuous improvement processes. Coordinate campus operations, including opening, closing, and event support. Conduct performance reviews and support professional development of team members. Education, Experience, and Skills Diploma or higher preferred. Demonstrated experience in managing CRM tools, preferable (Zendesk or other). 2+ years in a higher education or training organization. Experience with student services for international students under regulatory frameworks. Proficient in databases (e.g., CRM, Student Management Systems, PRISMS) and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk). Excellent communication and influencing skills. Developing leadership and management skills. Positive, energetic attitude and enjoys being around people.
