About the role: We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Campus Director to join our dynamic team at the stunning Geebung campus. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, drive business and operational goals, and provide mentorship to our dedicated staff.
Collaborating closely with key functional partners in Operations, Children Services, People & Culture, and Family Support, the Campus Director is responsible for campus management, including educational leadership and financial performance.
At Only About Children, you'll partner with experienced and knowledgeable teams, including Operations leads, Education Business Partners, and Pedagogy leaders. You'll feel supported and valued within this strong, collaborative network, where open communication and teamwork are essential for success.
In addition, the role involves: Always ensuring child safety and welfare as the top priority Focusing on delivering agreed monthly KPIs to support all business aspects Fostering positive communication and relationships across management and staff Meeting financial targets and ensuring business outcomes are achieved Acting as a positive role model by coaching and mentoring staff in Educational Leadership Maintaining professional, timely communication between the campus and families Demonstrating and promoting our HEART principles and leadership practices Organizing events to create an inclusive, welcoming environment for families To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ECEC) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized RTO Previous experience as a Centre Supervisor, Centre Director, or Campus Director in childcare settings Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications Child Protection certification (e.g., Respond and Identify Children at Risk of Harm) A minimum of five years' experience in an early childhood setting Strong advocacy for early childhood education and Only About Children's mission Ability to work effectively within a group structure Proven experience in managing a childcare campus Experience in coaching and mentoring teams Solid knowledge of statutory regulations in the early childhood sector You Are Worth More: We believe our people are worth more.
