Reporting to the Campus Director, the Campus Concierge plays a critical role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to our students. The Concierge's responsibilities include greeting all visitors, students and staff and providing direction to assist their needs.
This is a casual role, working from the Ultimo Campus, Sydney. We are flexible with days and hours of work - so please confirm in your application (anywhere on your resume) what your availability is. Shifts are scheduled between Monday to Friday - 7.30am start at the earliest to 6.30pm at the latest. We are open to candidates on student visa. Day-to-day accountabilities: Positively and enthusiastically greet all visitors to the campus
Provide first step support for all student enquiries including ID cards, Printing support, Blackboard login or email troubleshooting
Manage the booking system for students for escalation of queries to Student Services
Provide directions and guidance throughout the campus for students and visitors
Manage a visitor log to ensure we provide a safe working and learning environment
Sign for and accept mail and deliveries
Provide assistance to academic staff for classroom technology issues, facilities concern and rom bookings
Experience providing a high quality customer experience.
An understanding of the higher education environment would be advantageous but not essential.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.
