The Team: CREATE, Campaign Strategy - The Role: Specialist
As a Campaign Specialist, you will be part of a team that is the driving force behind crafting branded entertainment solutions that captivate and engage our audience across all NOVA Entertainment platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to begin your Strategy career in a hands-on role where you'll blend creativity with strategy, developing and executing campaigns that meet client objectives and resonate with our diverse audience.
Your Challenge (And You Love a Good Challenge, Right?)
Take client briefs and elevate them into media campaigns that not only meet goals but push creative boundaries, ensuring maximum audience engagement.
Own the process from brief to pitch, ensuring seamless coordination, adaptability to changes, and timely, successful delivery.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across broadcast, digital, and sales teams to create cohesive, multi-platform campaigns that are industry leading.
Develop and present insight-driven pitches that are strategically sound, creatively inspiring, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Proactively stay ahead of industry trends to ensure your campaigns are cutting-edge, relevant, and finely tuned to evolving audience behaviours.
Key Responsibilities (Because You're a Pro at Juggling All the Things)
Lead creative brainstorms and collaborate with teams to generate brilliant, lightbulb ideas that perfectly align with client briefs.
Construct comprehensive media solutions from the ground up, using NOVA's assets to engage the right target demographics.
Manage multiple projects and stakeholders, ensuring every element of the campaign is delivered on time and on point.
Present campaign strategies and solutions to clients with the professionalism and dynamism they deserve, working closely with our sales colleagues.
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring everything is feasible, within budget, and delivered on time (because deadlines are no joke).
