In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse specialists to drive impactful customer marketing campaigns, promoting leading-edge medical technologies across Australia and New Zealand. This role is called internally as Marketing Lead.
Key responsibilities in this role include: Plan and execute tactics to support lead nurturing, conversion, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.Develop campaign briefs based on customer insights, triggers, and behavioural patterns.Monitor and report on email marketing performance and improve ROI and customer lifetime value across all campaigns.Collaborate with product and business managers to align brand understanding and support commercial campaigns.Ensure customer data quality (accuracy, relevance, completeness) and plan segmentation, preparing campaign lists to support data-driven marketing.About you... Experience required: 3-5 years email campaign management experience;Track record of delivery of campaigns, in particular communication and complex campaigns;Email marketing experience, with the understanding how to nurture relationships with new prospects and existing customers;Experience in working in a Direct Marketing, Multi-channel or Analytical environment;Track record of delivering multi-audience digital campaigns in a B2B environment;Experience in email campaign management and systems;Excellent organisation and project management skillset;Pro-active and results orientated;HubSpot experience is advantageous.Interested?
