Diversity, equity, and giving back to the community are embraced here.What Will You Achieve?Campaign Management: Develop and execute acquisition campaigns targeting accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, strategy, analytics, and partner teams.Event Coordination: Plan and manage virtual and in-person events to engage the target audience and generate leads.
Work with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution.Content-Driven Demand Generation: Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels to drive demand and conversions.Performance Analysis: Track and analyse campaign performance, report key metrics and use insights for optimization.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate campaign updates and results.Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.What Experience Will You Bring?Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in campaign management, focusing on acquisition campaigns within a tech / saas environment, bonus if in the accountant and bookkeeping segment.Demonstrated success in executing virtual events / webinars, and content-led demand generation through digital channels and in-person events.Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced organisation.Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, detail-oriented and organized, creative and innovative approach to campaign development and strong problem-solving skills.Application ProcessIf you are interested in this role and believe you are suitable based on the requirements listed above, please click the appropriate link.
