Due to continuing success and growth, we are looking for a talented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about real estate, and looking to build and develop their long-term career within the industry. This role is fast paced, and will involve working with a high performing agent to support them across all aspects of the sales process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Supporting the lead agent across all aspects of the sales processPreparing listings for sale including form 6, contract paperwork and budgetsPreparing team for open homesCoordination of advertising with the marketing and admin teamLiaising effectively with tenantsMeeting with building inspectors and valuersProspecting - letter box drops, letters, sms blasts, e-newsletterVendor reports and desktop appraisalsOngoing database management and data collectionWe will offer you:World class training, where you will learn and grow with the best of the bestOne on one mentoring with a successful lead agentOutstanding earning potential and career advancement opportunities.Collaborate closely with engaging and supportive managers who foster a positive work environment.Take advantage of additional Superannuation salary sacrifice incentives to enhance your financial future.Access professional and career development opportunities to enhance your skills and advance your career.The successful candidate will have:A current real estate certificate or licence (essential)A valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle (essential)Previous sales or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential if you have a positive attitude, excellent work ethic and the drive to learnProven experience working both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment achieving targets/KPIs and goals within agreed deadlinesA positive, fun, and friendly attitude, with the ability to provide an exceptional level of customer serviceHigh level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write professional correspondence and reports utilising exceptional attention to detailImmaculate presentationFlexibility to work evenings or weekends where requiredA personal laptop and phoneIf this sounds like you, and you want to learn the art of real estate whilst being a part of an award-winning, market dominating business - then we want to hear from you!
