About the Job Are you a detail-driven doer with a passion for media, advertising, and all things data? We're on the lookout for a Campaign Coordinator to join our powerhouse media team and help bring bold, boundary-pushing campaigns to life.
In this role, you'll be the right-hand support for our Campaign Managers and Senior Campaign Managers, ensuring every campaign runs like clockwork. From planning and execution to reporting and insights, you'll be at the heart of the action, making sure no detail is overlooked. Your ability to think ahead, problem-solve, and offer smart recommendations will make you an essential part of the team.

What You'll Be Doing Campaign Management 80% Support the Campaign Managers with campaign execution (set-up, trafficking, optimisation and reporting) across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic display, audio, video and digital OOH.Liaise with media publishers and clients to gather specs, tags and deliverables to execute campaigns across offline and online channels (display, native, editorial, radio, OOH, TV/BVOD).Build advertising audiences on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and Google Ads.Generate, adapt and edit copy for paid channels, in collaboration with clients.Set-up and maintain reporting dashboards that meet client requirements.Implement conversion and pixel tracking, Google Tag Manager and other measurement tools.Assist Campaign Managers with ad scheduling, manage budgets with military precision.Closely monitor, troubleshoot and optimise campaign performance, to meet client objectives.Prepare for and attend client WIP meetings, take notes and action tasks with urgency.Carefully manage expectations at all times and keep clients informed via frequent updates.Analyse and visualise data and results to compile end of campaign reports including insights.Work towards owning your own set of small campaigns and individual client relationships.Escalate scope and billing requests to the client service and finance team with urgency.Maintain a delightful client service experience at every touchpoint.Admin and Training 20% Support your line manager with weekly or monthly reporting and any ad-hoc requests.Maintain open communication with your line manager via weekly 1-on-1 meetings.Attend internal team meetings including WIPs, training sessions and ad-hoc brainstorms.Undertake self-paced, self-guided training and stay in the loop with marketing trends / tech.Work closely with the Media team to provide general assistance and refine our way of working.Represent Bolster at industry events, client meetings and agency group functions.Minimum Requirements Proactive and self-motivated nature – you don't wait to be told what to do or how to do it!Superior time management and organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.Experience in Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, DV360, TikTok Ads, Broadsign, Vistar, Google Campaign Manager 360, GA4 (not all are requisites, training will be provided).Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and project management software like Slack, Monday.com, Notion and Google Suite.Exposure to programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) or Supply Side Platforms (SSPs) desirable.1+ years background in a fast-paced digital / marketing / media / advertising environment.Ability to communicate technical information succinctly and articulately, without ambiguity.Proven history of managing and building rapport with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.Track record of using data to identify an insight or an opportunity to provide value.Genuine passion for marketing trends, tech and a commitment to continuous improvement.An understanding and love of music and other cultural pillars that our clients sit within.Brownie points for previous history with offline / traditional media and / or PR.Our Culture Eyes on culture.
