The Role We are looking for a Campaign & Communications Manager to help drive the growth of key IPF products. This role will focus on delivering clear and effective marketing campaigns that reach farmers, agronomists, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers and the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that align with our business goals. You'll manage a calendar of campaigns, coordinate with external agencies, and ensure our communications are clear and on point. Your work will help to build brand awareness and ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers.
Develop and manage a calendar of campaigns and communications to promote IPF products.Work with product managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and delivered on time.Coordinate with external agencies to craft and deliver campaigns and PR activities.Write and edit content for both internal and external audiences, including press releases, newsletters, and customer communications.Track the effectiveness of campaigns and report on customer outcomes and ROI.Ensure that all communications are consistent with our brand strategy and messaging.Support internal communications, helping to keep the team informed and engagedWhat you'll bring You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
You have experience in marketing or communications, strong writing skills, and can manage multiple projects at once. You're organised, work well with teams, and know how to get the best out of external agencies. You bring SAP and advanced Excel skills, commercial acumen with contract management experience, and strong financial analysis capabilities. You're able to analyse complex business decisions, develop recommendations, and build effective business relationships both internally and with customers.
